About Us

Owner/Operator Stella Hennequin is a multi talented businesswoman and artiste.  She has spent 34 years in the workforce where she acquired a wealth of experience in various fields.  For many years, she also used her talents/skills to serve the community through her charity organisation and contributed to raising funds for some very worthwhile causes.

Through Stella’s Creative Entreprise, Stella combines her values, her identity of Mauritian origin and her upbringing in Australia to provide different services that provides value for money combined with good old-fashioned courtesy and respect.

Her major strength is dealing with people. She is equally at ease whether it is catering, events management or entertaining/performing for small intimate groups or large audiences.

Stella is also a Melbourne  based Mauritian born artiste who performs contemporary English. French, Creole/Sega songs. 

Stella performs as a singer at weddings, private parties,cabarets and funerals.

Her first self titled album released in 2008 met with great success encouraging her to produce  three more albums including a Christmas album, featuring songs of days gone by where simple lyrics, passion and a voice was all you needed to make good music.

Stella always dreamed of being a singer but always put family commitments first.  Now Stella has embraced her talent and is fulfilling her heart’s desire.

She is inspired by her idols, Edith Piaf, Dalida, Mireille Mathieu, Shirley Bassey, Bette Midler and Doris Day as well as other contemporary artists.  It does not matter whether she is singing French or English songs,  Stella takes these songs and adds her particular brand/style and passion to tell the story and takes you back on  a journey filled with joy, fun, laughter, pain and memories.

Owner/Chef Stella Hennequin has over 30 years experience in preparing a wide selection of food to cater for all your guests and impress their tastebuds,  just like MAMA use to make. Including Gluten Free and  Vegetarian options.

Let us take away the worries of organising your special event.  We can do one component or all of the organising so that you can relax and enjoy that special day with the knowledge that we take care of every detail.

15 years experience in the fundraising arena preparing, servicing and planning dances, dinner dances, fetes, concerts and fundraising drives as well as coordinating private functions such as birthdays, weddings and funerals.

20 years experience in the Corporate Sector organising meetings, seminars and lunches.

We consider all aspect of the event from the budget, preferred location and personal taste to make your event an affair to remember.
